At Swastik Gas, we follow a well-defined and safety-focused process to ensure our LPG cylinders meet the highest standards before reaching our customers.
Cylinder Inspection & Testing
Every cylinder is visually and technically inspected. Old or damaged cylinders undergo hydro testing to ensure they are structurally sound and leak-free.
Automated Refilling System
We use a state-of-the-art automatic filling plant to ensure each cylinder is accurately filled with 14.2 kg of LPG, maintaining consistency, safety, and hygiene.
Weight & Leakage Verification
Each filled cylinder is weighed and checked for any potential gas leakage using advanced leak-detection equipment.
Sealing & Tagging
Once verified, cylinders are sealed with tamper-proof caps and clearly tagged, ensuring the consumer receives a safe and original product.
Organized Storage
Filled and empty cylinders are stored separately in a secure, organized manner, following all safety protocols.
Distribution to Authorized Dealers
